IOM WELLNESS SURVEY
Our office is excited to introduce a health wellness survey for our patients. This survey assesses the whole person on all aspects of your well-being, physical, mental and social. By knowing your IOM Wellness Score in each of the individual components of quality of life, you can start to take charge of your life and remove the problem areas and improve your score - as well as your physical, emotional and mental health. You can retake the evaluation periodically to compare your scores and track your progress. Your score will be compared to national index averages. LOVE HAS NO COLOR PROJECT - CHRISTMAS ON THE RESERVATION
Dr. Cindy is collecting New and unwrapped Sweatshirts and Toys for the Children of Fort Peck Indian Reservation in Fort Peck, Montana. Our collections begins October 10 thru November 20th.
This gift may be the only present these children receive for Christmas this Season. There are so many children on the Reservation that Dr. Cindy and other fellow chiropractors have devoted thier time and efforts in helping this Reservation all year round. For Chrismas each office has specific items they donate to the Families of Fort Peck, which include shoes, games, camping equipment, sports toys, books, pajamas, shampoos, soap and the essentials The gifts are collected and delivered early December to each child in their school gym.
Please help us meet our goal this year of 300 items to send to the children.

In the Month of May -2013 Food Drive
Dr. Cindy is asking for your help and contribution of non-perishable food items for our 5th nnual Food Drive to help Mendota Area Christian Food Pantry.
NEW PATIENTS in the month of May, if you bring in 2 bags of groceries, your Initial Evaluation and x-rays are complimentary. Refer a New Patient or Bring a Guest to our Health Awareness talk on Tuesday evenings, you will receive 2 tickets to enter into the drawing.
For all our Existing Patients in our office, you will be given a ticket for each grocery bag contributed to enter into the drawing.
In Appreciation for all your continuous support you have given the families in the Mendota area, Dr. Cindy is having a prize drawing for each week during the month of May.
